Registration Rules: No Kitten, Cat, or Alter may be entered in the show with a "registration pending", unless accompanied by documentation showing the cat is eligible for registration in TICA. TOES will prompt the exhibitor for this documentation.
Show Rules: TICA show rules will be strictly enforced. Any person entering a cat or kitten in a TICA sponsored show shall agree to abide by and uphold the Rules of this association. TICA Show Rules, registration information and forms may be requested from TICA, P.O. Box 2684, Harlingen, TX 78551 or 956-428-8046 or downloaded from TICA's website. All cats must be caged in the benching area and cannot be kept in strollers or carriers between rings. No cats are allowed to stay in the show hall overnight.
Health Rules: This is a non-vetted show. All cats/kittens entering the show hall should be inoculated against Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis, and Calici virus and tested negative for Feline Leukemia. Proof of current rabies vaccination should be available. Any cat/kitten showing signs of contagious illness, ear mites, fleas or fungus will be removed from the show hall, as well as any other cats/kittens exhibiting from the same household. HHP adults must be spayed or neutered. All claws, front and back, on all entries must be clipped prior to benching. A cat which is obviously pregnant or lactating will be disqualified.
Show Hours: Friday check in 2:15-2:45 show hours 3:00pm-9:00pm. Saturday check in 8:45-9:15 show hours 9:30am-5:00pm. Sunday show hours 9:30am-4:00pm.
Kittens: All kittens entered for competition must be between four (4) and eight (8) months old on the day of the show. No kitten under three (3) months of age will be allowed in the show hall (be prepared to show proof of age).
Household Pets: Household Pets are always welcome at TICA shows and can be declawed. Household Pets eight (8) months of age or older MUST be spayed or neutered.
Supplies: Cat litter will be available, but please bring your own litter pans and food and water dishes.
Clerks and Stewards: Please indicate on your entry if you want to clerk. Ring clerks will be paid $35, provided lunch and a fully marked catalog. Indicate on your TOES entry is you are available to clerk. Compensation will be made at the end of the show. Stewards will be paid $20 and provided lunch.
Catalog
This show will be using an electronic catalog. If you would like a printed catalog cost is $10, be sure to indicate this on your TOES entry form. All exhibitors will receive the show catalog on Wednesday evening before the show by email as a PDF file. The electronic catalog will be sent to the email address that is listed with your entry in TOES. Make sure your email address in TOES is correct!

Fly into Newark airport. Hotel does not offer airport shuttle.
Hotel is the Sheraton Parsippany show hall all under one roof. Rate is $135.00 plus taxes. There is a pet deposit of $150 fully refundable upon check out. There is a restaurant and bar on site.

Entry Fees
We will accept payment by PayPal but this is subject to change. Alternative payment methods maybe changed and will be updated in TOES. Payment can be made using PayPal send to friends and family. Address is NYCSA@aol.com. If paying by check, contact Susan Adler - NYCSA@aol.com for mailing instructions. Checks must be postmarked no later than 31 December 2024.
Entry and Summary Information: Entries must be accompanied by payment. No refunds will be given once you have entered the show in TOES, Substitutions can be made before the closing date. Conntact the entry clerk for details. A fee of $45.00 plus any bank fees will be charged on all checks turned for any reason. Any balances owed at time of check-in must be paid in cash. No checks will be accepted at check-in. Please complete the summary sheet and return with entries and fees.
